We are looking for a strategic business intelligence leader to help translate operational needs into clear, data-informed solutions in Bentonville, Arkansas. This role partners with cross-functional teams to assess business processes, improve service-related workflows, and support decision-making through thoughtful analysis and documentation. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in business analysis, customer service environments, and agile delivery practices while driving continuous improvement across complex initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Client‑Facing Analytics & Strategic Enablement Serve as a trusted analytics partner to Account Managers and client stakeholders by translating data into insights that inform inventory, supply chain, and shipment decisions. Proactively anticipate client needs, frame analyses around business impact, and support client discussions with clear, defensible recommendations. Inventory & On‑Shelf Availability (OSA) Analytics Analyze store‑level and DC‑level inventory signals including on‑hands, weeks of supply, sell‑through, and inventory coverage. Identify and quantify risks related to out‑of‑stocks, phantom inventory, and excess inventory, and communicate implications in a way that supports timely corrective action with both internal teams and clients. Supply Chain & Purchase Order Tracking Monitor purchase orders end‑to‑end, including quantities, ship windows, and DC delivery timing. Identify misalignment between forecast, demand, and orders, and surface potential supply disruptions or fulfillment gaps early. Partner with Account Managers to translate supply flow risk into client‑ready insights and recommendations. Sales & Shipment Opportunity Identification Evaluate brand‑level sales relative to inventory and supply to identify situations where demand exceeds available inventory. Recommend incremental shipment opportunities tied to promotional activity, feature support, regional demand shifts, and inventory constraints, supported by data‑driven justification. Client‑Ready Dashboards (Scintilla & Power BI) Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards sourced from Scintilla data that visualize inventory health, sales versus forecast, supply flow, and lost sales. Ensure dashboards are intuitive, scalable, and structured for direct client consumption, enabling clients to quickly understand risks, opportunities, and required actions. Account Manager Partnership & Client Engagement Partner closely with Account Managers to prepare for client meetings, interpret analytical outputs, and confidently speak to insights. Support client conversations through structured data storytelling that connects analytical findings to clear business implications and recommended next steps. Insight Leadership & Analytical Standards Provide analytical leadership by ensuring insights are methodologically sound, clearly communicated, and focused on decision impact. Set expectations for quality, consistency, and clarity in client‑facing analytics delivered by the team, reinforcing Business Intelligence as a strategic business partner rather than a reporting function.
