- Maintain compliance with corporate accounting standards and reinforce strong internal control practices across finance processes.
- Partner with operations and leadership to evaluate financial outcomes and recommend actions that improve efficiency and profitability.
- Support accounting for inventory, fixed assets, accruals, and product-related costs within a manufacturing environment.
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and implement improvements that enhance accuracy and consistency.
- Provide guidance to accounting team members and assist with year-end close and required regulatory reporting activities.

- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SyteLine ERP is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in month-end close, general ledger management, financial reporting, and audit support.
- Strong background in account reconciliations, financial analysis, and internal control procedures.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
