- 2+ years of experience in project accounting, with preference for experience supporting construction or contract-based projects.
- Working knowledge of construction accounting principles, including job cost tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and work-in-progress reporting.
- Experience with account reconciliations, financial analysis, and preparation of project-level reports and invoices.
- Proficiency with Deltek or Deltek Vision, along with strong general systems skills for accounting and reporting tasks.
- Ability to interpret cost variances, identify financial issues, and provide clear recommendations based on project performance data.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with project managers and non-financial stakeholders in a detail-oriented manner.
