💰 Compensation & Incentives
- Base Salary: $150,000 - $225,000 • Monthly bonus opportunity tied to attorney fee collections

⚖️ The Opportunity This attorney will manage a sophisticated personal injury litigation docket from filing through verdict, with a particular emphasis on serious injury, motor vehicle, and commercial transportation matters. You'll be supported by a fully staffed litigation infrastructure, allowing you to spend more time strategizing, litigating, and trying cases instead of handling administrative burdens.
Responsibilities include:
- ✅ Managing cases from inception through trial
- ✅ Taking and defending depositions
- ✅ Drafting and responding to discovery
- ✅ Preparing and arguing motions
- ✅ Conducting mediations and settlement negotiations
- ✅ Working with expert witnesses
- ✅ Leading trial strategy and courtroom presentation
- ✅ Supervising a dedicated litigation team
- ✅ Handling high-value injury matters involving commercial vehicles and complex damages
🎯 Ideal Candidate
You may be a strong fit if you have:
- ✔️ 4+ years of litigation and trial experience
- ✔️ At least one first-chair jury trial to verdict
- ✔️ Personal injury, catastrophic injury, trucking, transportation, or complex civil litigation experience
- ✔️ Experience conducting voir dire, direct examinations, cross-examinations, and evidentiary hearings
- ✔️ Extensive deposition experience
- ✔️ Experience working with experts such as economists, life care planners, accident reconstructionists, medical experts, or engineering specialists
- ✔️ Confidence in front of judges, juries, mediators, and opposing counsel
- ✔️ Leadership ability coupled with humility, professionalism, and strong client service skills
- ⚡ Defense attorneys with substantial trucking, transportation, or catastrophic injury experience are also encouraged to explore the opportunity.
