Robert Half is partnering with a growing, globally connected consumer products organization to identify a Senior Financial Analyst who can make an impact across financial planning, forecasting, and customer profitability analysis. This is an opportunity to take ownership of key analytical functions, improve reporting processes, and work closely with business leaders to help drive strategic decisions. 🔎 What You'll Be Doing
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning across multiple business channels.
- Profitability Analysis: Analyze customer and channel profitability, identify performance trends, and highlight opportunities to improve margins and operational results.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and rolling forecasts to support business planning.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses that translate complex data into meaningful recommendations.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with leaders across Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Operations to understand performance drivers and support business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Strengthen reporting tools, streamline financial processes, and improve the accuracy and consistency of financial information.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide financial insights and decision support for strategic initiatives and senior leadership.
🎯 What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar financial analyst role.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and complex data analysis.
- Experience working with ERP systems; exposure to BI and reporting tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience in retail, wholesale, consumer products, or a multi-channel business is beneficial.
- A track record of thoughtful career moves and the ability to thrive in a growing, evolving environment.

- Base salary of $120K–$140K, plus a discretionary bonus.
