An established and rapidly growing investment management firm is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join its finance and operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with hedge fund accounting, fund administration, trade operations, audit, tax, or investment operations experience who want to move into a highly visible role with broad exposure across investment operations, fund accounting, and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Support fund accounting and investment operations for a variety of investment vehicles.
- Reconcile trades, positions, cash activity, and portfolio holdings.
- Manage trade lifecycle activities, including settlements, cash movements, and corporate actions.
- Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, brokers, and other service providers to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end fund accounting activities.
- Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies and reconciliation issues.
- Support investment reporting, operational controls, and process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in special projects and take ownership of operational enhancements as the role evolves.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of hedge fund-related experience.
- Experience in fund accounting, fund administration, trade operations, audit, tax, or investment operations.
- Strong understanding of hedge fund structures, investment products, and operational workflows.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
