We are looking for a Recruiter to support staffing efforts for both hourly and salaried positions in Ohio. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building candidate pipelines, coordinating closely with hiring teams, and managing recruiting activity from outreach through onboarding steps. The role begins as a fully onsite position Monday through Friday, with the potential for a hybrid schedule of two remote days per week after placement.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage candidates with relevant experience for a range of hourly and salaried openings using proactive sourcing methods.
- Create and manage job postings within the applicant tracking system and connect listings to external job boards.
- Partner with team members and hiring locations to align recruiting activity with staffing needs and candidate requirements.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers, including salaried interview arrangements.
- Prepare and extend employment offers, draft offer letters, and communicate next steps to selected candidates.
- Enter new employee details into the recruiting system and support internal communication announcing incoming team members.
- Maintain organized recruiting records and ensure timely movement of candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Follow onsite workplace expectations, including business-casual dress standards and required shop-entry safety practices when visiting operational areas.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for both hourly and salaried roles.
- Strong background in candidate sourcing, including support for higher-volume hiring needs.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, including experience using Paycor.
- Ability to schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently across candidates and hiring teams.
- Experience preparing offers and offer documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and locations.
- Comfortable working onsite in Millersburg, Ohio, with adherence to dress and safety guidelines as needed.
