- Coordinate hiring support, onboarding activities, and practical training for new employees to prepare them for site procedures and service standards.
- Review and approve time records and expense submissions accurately and on schedule.
- Enforce candidate check-in, identification, and security procedures to protect the integrity of the testing environment.
- Manage facility-related security measures such as controlled access, keys, locks, alarms, and monitoring systems.
- Step in to perform front desk, receptionist, and test administration duties whenever coverage is needed.
- Resolve routine technical or equipment issues and escalate more complex operational, candidate, or building concerns when appropriate.
- Document incidents, candidate concerns, and unusual testing events clearly, and partner with property management to maintain a safe and well-managed site.
- Support office administration by maintaining supplies, ordering materials as needed, and assisting with administrative tasks such as basic accounts payable coordination.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional college coursework is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment such as retail, hospitality, call center, or office support.
- At least 1 year of supervisory, team lead, or management experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Windows-based systems.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing schedules, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and produce clear written documentation or reports.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and move through the facility regularly, including standing or sitting for extended periods as needed.
