We are partnering with a growing technology company in the real estate space to identify an SEO Manager who will own and lead the organization's search marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on SEO professional who enjoys both strategy and execution and is ready to take ownership of an established SEO function while helping shape its future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, lead generation, and online visibility.
- Lead technical SEO initiatives, including site audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance improvements.
- Analyze SEO performance and provide actionable recommendations based on data and analytics.
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Serve as a client-facing SEO expert, presenting recommendations, insights, and performance updates.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, AI search developments, AEO, and GEO strategies.
- Establish scalable SEO processes and best practices.
- Support the continued growth and evolution of the company's SEO service offering.

- Proven experience developing and executing successful SEO strategies.
- Strong technical SEO expertise, including audits, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Experience wearing multiple hats across SEO, content, analytics, and strategy.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of an SEO function.
- Strong client-facing communication skills and familiarity with emerging search trends, including AI search, AEO, and GEO.
Preferred Experience:
- Agency or consulting background.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts or campaigns.
- Leadership or team mentorship experience.
- Experience with local SEO and multi-location businesses.
