Responsibilities:
- Direct end-to-end project delivery by managing scope, timeline, budget, resource planning, quality expectations, dependencies, and final outcomes throughout the engagement.
- Build and maintain comprehensive project roadmaps, milestone schedules, governance routines, issue tracking, and leadership updates to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with executive sponsors, business partners, technical teams, and external vendors to establish shared priorities, clarify objectives, and confirm measures of success.
- Lead resolution of project risks, action items, open issues, and key decisions by evaluating impacts and recommending effective next steps.
- Prepare concise status reporting and presentations tailored to executive, operational, and technical audiences.
- Oversee migration planning activities including discovery, inventory review, readiness assessment, sequencing, testing coordination, cutover preparation, validation, and transition support.
- Coordinate the movement of home drives, shared file repositories, and hosted applications to approved cloud platforms while accounting for integrations, dependencies, and business readiness.
- Manage stakeholder communication, training support, adoption planning, vendor coordination, and cross-functional working sessions to promote successful implementation and operational handoff.
