- Coordinate document collection, database organization, and review workflows using e-discovery platforms and case management systems.
- Maintain well-structured case files and litigation records to ensure materials are current, accessible, and ready for attorney use.
- Proofread and quality-check legal documents for accuracy, formatting, and compliance with court rules and filing procedures.
- Record time entries accurately and support billing-related documentation in accordance with client and firm expectations.
- Provide additional in-office support, overtime coverage, and occasional travel assistance when case demands require increased availability.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of paralegal experience supporting complex litigation matters.
- Background in intellectual property litigation strongly preferred, including patent, trademark, or related federal court disputes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of court filing procedures, litigation terminology, docket management, and state and federal rules.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities with careful attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and with legal teams.
- Willingness to work beyond standard hours and be present in the office more frequently than the regular hybrid schedule when needed.
