Fund Operations | Hedge Fund | East Bay

Responsibilities
- Support daily trade and investment operations for open-ended funds
- Reconcile trades, positions, cash, and investment activity
- Partner with fund administrators, custodians, brokers, and other service providers
- Resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate, timely processing
- Support trade settlements, corporate actions, cash movements, and related activity
- Gain exposure to additional fund structures as the role develops
- Take ownership of ad hoc projects and process improvements

Requirements
- 5-7+ years of hedge fund experience
- Background in accounting, tax, finance, investment operations, or related areas
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Resourceful, analytical problem solver
- Comfortable working independently with minimal direction
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to take on new challenges
