This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating an organized, welcoming, and service-focused office environment while balancing hospitality, communication, and operations. The person in this role will serve as a visible onsite resource, helping employees, coordinating workplace activities, and partnering with internal teams and vendors to keep the space running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular site inspections to confirm meeting rooms, shared spaces, kitchens, and common areas are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
- Organize workplace events, engagement activities, and onsite programs, including preparation, coordination during the event, and reset afterward.
- Create, submit, and monitor service tickets and work orders, working closely with facilities and AV/IT contacts to drive timely resolution.
- Prepare and share workplace updates related to amenities, events, building notices, and service disruptions in a clear and thorough manner.
- Oversee spending for office supplies, refreshments, and smaller community initiatives while maintaining accurate records and inventory levels.
- Act as the primary onsite point of contact for day-to-day workplace needs, delivering a high level of service and responsiveness.
- Build effective working relationships with employees, vendors, and support teams to ensure consistent service delivery across the site.
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, employee experience, community management, office coordination, or another client-facing workplace setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, vendors, and business partners.
- Proven ability to work independently, recognize operational needs, and follow tasks through to completion.
- Solid organizational skills with close attention to detail and the ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
