This Desktop Support/Audio-Visual Analyst position is ideal for an experienced IT specialist who can deliver high-touch technical support to end users, including executive stakeholders, while maintaining a service-focused approach. This Desktop Support/Audio-Visual Analyst role is an onsite position out of Oakland, Ca.
Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive technical assistance for hardware, software, and workplace technology issues across the office environment.
- Deliver white-glove support to executive users, ensuring timely resolution and a high standard of customer service.

- Use Jamf Pro to manage Apple endpoints, enforce configurations, and assist with device lifecycle tasks.
- Support conference room and media technology, including AV equipment used for meetings and presentations.

- Executives present from their own laptops and built-in cameras. This person is responsible for ensuring everything functions properly and troubleshooting issues as needed.
- For podcast recordings, production teams typically bring their own equipment. This role serves as the primary IT/AV contact if support is needed.
- 5+ years of experience in desktop support, service desk, or related IT support roles.
