A growing, client-focused wealth advisory practice in the Bay Area is seeking a Client Service Associate to join its team. The Client Service Associate works closely with Financial Advisors and the broader client service team to provide a high level of service to clients and support day-to-day account and administrative needs.

Job Duties

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to account and service-related questions and requests.
• Support client onboarding, account maintenance, transfers, distributions, and other account servicing needs.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and client support to Financial Advisors, including meeting preparation and follow-up.
• Process client transactions accurately and ensure required documentation and approvals are completed.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow firm policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with advisors, operations, and other team members to provide a seamless client experience.

Requirements

• Strong client-service mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, responsive, and comfortable taking ownership of client requests.
• Professional and discreet when handling confidential client and financial information.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with advisors and team members.
• Comfortable learning financial services technology, CRM systems, and client platforms.
• Prior experience in wealth management, financial services, or a client service role preferred.
