Inventory Control Manager Reports to the COO | Georgetown, TX Total Site Solutions (TSS), Georgetown, TX, is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this leader will own the integrity of inventory across TSS's third-party logistics network, ensuring inventory accuracy, financial accountability, and operational excellence while supporting some of the world's most demanding technology customers. This role will strengthen inventory controls, support SOX compliance, improve customer confidence, and develop scalable processes that support continued growth. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who combines operational expertise with analytical thinking, embraces continuous improvement, and builds strong partnerships across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and our third-party logistics providers, helping position inventory management as a strategic advantage while protecting one of TSS's most valuable assets.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Control Strategy & Auditing
- Lead the company's inventory control strategy across third-party logistics operations.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve inventory audit programs, including cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, and variance investigations.
- Ensure inventory maintained by third-party logistics providers accurately reconciles to NetSuite.
- Monitor inventory adjustments, shrinkage, and performance metrics while driving sustainable corrective actions.
Financial Controls & Compliance
- Execute inventory-related SOX controls and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end inventory close activities.
Customer Reporting & Partnerships
- Develop customer inventory accuracy reporting, scorecards, and operational metrics.
- Serve as the primary liaison during customer inventory reviews and third-party operational audits.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and third-party logistics providers to improve inventory accuracy and operational performance.
- Use data analytics to identify trends, reduce inventory risk, and drive continuous improvement.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop the Inventory Control Audit team.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Five or more years of progressive experience in inventory control, supply chain, warehouse operations, or inventory auditing.
- Demonstrated experience managing or auditing third-party logistics (3PL) operations.
- Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP/WMS systems.
- Working knowledge of SOX compliance and inventory controls within a public company environment.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Previous leadership experience developing high-performing teams.
Key Performance Indicators
- Inventory accuracy across 3PL locations, with 3PL records reconciled to NetSuite.
- Inventory adjustments, shrinkage, and variances reduced.
- SOX inventory controls executed with clean audit results.
- On-time support of month-, quarter-, and year-end close.
- Customer inventory scorecard results and Inventory Control Audit team development.
