Supporting the FTL Trucking/Traffic team
- Responsibilities include:
- Creating orders
- Track and trace of shipments
- Invoicing
- Data entry
- Load planning
- Dispatch support (preferred)
Requirements
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply, especially those with an interest in logistics or international transportation.
- Strong accuracy skills with the ability to manage detailed data entry and documentation tasks consistently.
- Comfort working independently in an onsite office setting with a structured daily workflow.
- Solid computer proficiency, including the ability to learn shipment tracking and operational systems quickly.
- Clear communication skills and attention to detail for working with internal teams and handling routine inquiries.
- Good organizational ability, including experience with filing, document handling, or maintaining orderly records.
- Reliability and a consistent ability to meet schedule expectations, including occasional Saturday support when required.
