Robert Half is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large, complex enterprise initiative focused on creating a single, unified view of the customer across an organization within the travel and insurance industry.
Location: Hybrid | Bellevue, WA Duration: 12-Month Contract Pay rate: $65-$75/hourly (W2)
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex Salesforce implementation, ensuring alignment across business objectives, technical requirements, and project milestones.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, including timelines, dependencies, resource allocation, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage external systems integrators and vendors, holding them accountable for project commitments, estimates, timelines, and deliverables.
- Partner closely with Salesforce architects, technical leads, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful technical execution.
- Identify and proactively manage cross-functional dependencies, technical challenges, and delivery risks.
- Evaluate technical recommendations, challenge assumptions, and escalate concerns when necessary to maintain program momentum.
- Establish and maintain program governance, reporting structures, executive communications, and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate delivery across internal technology teams, external vendors, and business subject-matter experts.
- Drive issue resolution, remove roadblocks, and ensure appropriate resources and commitments are in place.
- Monitor program performance, communicate progress to leadership, and ensure successful execution against established milestones.
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management, with significant experience leading complex technology implementations.
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-level Salesforce implementations or transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including integrations, technical dependencies, and implementation methodologies.
- Proven experience managing systems integrators, third-party vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Strong background in program governance, integrated planning, risk management, resource planning, and execution.
- Ability to engage confidently with technical architects and engineering teams to assess delivery challenges and drive accountability.
- Experience managing hybrid delivery models involving internal technology teams, business stakeholders, and external implementation partners.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical initiatives into actionable delivery plans and measurable milestones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering Salesforce programs involving multiple platforms, integrations, or enterprise data initiatives.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360, customer data platforms (CDPs), or Single View of Customer (SVOC) initiatives.
- Experience leading large-scale digital transformation or enterprise modernization programs.
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Salesforce-related certifications.
- Experience working with executive steering committees and senior technology leadership.
