We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our client's finance team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and provide meaningful insight that supports planning and business performance. This position is suited for someone who is detail oriented and can interpret financial results, build practical models, and turn complex data into clear recommendations for leadership. The role offers the opportunity to contribute across forecasting, reporting, and special analysis while partnering with stakeholders on key financial decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop financial models that support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning efforts across the business.
- Evaluate operating results and investigate variances between actual performance, forecasts, and budgets to identify key business drivers.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial analyses that help leadership assess risks, opportunities, and strategic priorities.
- Gather, organize, and interpret large data sets using analytical techniques to uncover trends and support decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate reporting and provide financial guidance on business initiatives.
- Create clear summaries, dashboards, and presentations that communicate financial findings to management and other stakeholders.
- Support monthly and quarterly close-related analysis by validating results and explaining fluctuations in performance.
- Assist with process improvements in financial reporting and analysis workflows to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

- At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
- Experience performing variance analysis and translating findings into actionable business insight.
- Strong capability in ad hoc financial analysis with attention to accuracy, detail, and deadlines.
- Proficiency in data mining and working with large data sets to identify patterns, exceptions, and performance trends.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present results clearly to business partners and leadership.
