Our client is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable SAP ERP Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our business operations. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with SAP S4/HANA, including participation in at least one full-cycle implementation project. This role requires a solid understanding of multiple SAP functional modules and a proven ability to support business process improvements, particularly within retail environments. The candidate should be comfortable working cross-functionally, translating business needs into effective SAP solutions, and supporting ongoing system enhancements.
Responsibilities:
· Support the end-to-end implementation of SAP Public Cloud solutions, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. · Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP best practices. · Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration across functional areas. · Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for SAP ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and system performance. · Develop and deliver user training and documentation to ensure effective adoption of SAP solutions. · Participate in cross-functional projects and coordinate with IT, business users, and external vendors as needed. · Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and business processes.
· Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. · Minimum of one full cycle SAP implementation experience; Public Cloud preferred but not required
· Hands-on experience in at least two of the following SAP modules:
- o FICO (Finance and Controlling)
- o Procure to Pay (P2P)
- o Sales and Distribution (SD)
- o Warehouse Management (WM)
- o Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- o SAP Customer Checkout
· Strong understanding of business processes and best practices within SAP ERP environments. · Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. · Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
