We are looking for a Recruiter to support hiring efforts by identifying, engaging, and guiding candidates with relevant experience through each stage of the selection process. This opportunity is based in Pennsylvania and is well suited for someone who thrives in a busy environment and can balance multiple searches with strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate brings hands-on recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build productive relationships with both candidates and hiring partners.
Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment activities from initial sourcing through final placement, ensuring a smooth and timely hiring process.
- Find prospective candidates through online platforms, networking, referrals, and direct outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain a dependable talent pipeline to support both active openings and anticipated hiring needs.
- Arrange interviews, share updates with candidates and stakeholders, and provide consistent follow-up throughout the process.
- Support pre-employment steps such as offer coordination, background screening, and onboarding preparation.
- Keep applicant information and recruitment activity records accurate and up to date within the applicant tracking system.
- Develop strong working relationships with candidates and internal teams to support effective hiring decisions.
- Achieve recruiting targets and service expectations while delivering a positive candidate experience.
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience, with prior staffing agency experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to source and evaluate candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and related recruiting tools.
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions while adapting to shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and maintaining organized recruitment data.
- Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Self-directed approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate successfully with a broader team.
