Litigation Paralegal | Irvine A respected commercial litigation firm in Orange County is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced trial attorneys handling sophisticated commercial and civil litigation matters.

Salary Range
$65,000 - $90,000+ DOE
Hybrid Schedule
- First 90 days onsite for training
- Hybrid schedule available thereafter; 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial.
- Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and court documents.
- Manage discovery, including document review, production, subpoenas, and compliance tracking.
- Coordinate depositions and summarize deposition transcripts and expert materials.
- Conduct legal and factual research.
- Prepare trial exhibits, witness files, hearing notebooks, and trial binders.
- Manage case calendars, litigation deadlines, and court filings.
- Coordinate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Maintain accurate case files, records, and billable time entries.

Requirements
- ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate required.
- Discovery experience in civil litigation.
- Trial preparation experience.
- Experience drafting and filing litigation documents.
- California state court filing experience preferred, but training can be provided.
