What You’ll Do
- Manage financial activity for assigned programs and funding sources
- Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Perform monthly reconciliations and support close processes
- Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on budgets and expenses
- Support audit preparation and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For
- Solid accounting foundation (GL, journal entries, reconciliations) - bonus if this has been withing non-profit/grant accounting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
- Dependable, consistent, and self-motivated
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred OR equivalent years of experience
✅ Helpful experience:
- Exposure to fund or project-based accounting
- Experience working in a multi-entity or complex environment
- Familiarity with accounting systems and reporting tools
