This Long-term Contract opportunity is well suited for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and interested in supporting financial crime and transaction review activities within a regulated environment. In this role, you will examine transaction activity, research exceptions, and prepare clear case documentation while partnering with compliance, operations, and technology teams. The position offers hands-on exposure to investigative analysis, regulatory processes, and financial data review in a collaborative setting.
Responsibilities:
- Review alerts produced by transaction monitoring tools and evaluate account activity to identify behavior that may require additional scrutiny.

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant analytical experience.
- Foundational understanding of financial analysis, transaction review, compliance operations, or audit support within a regulated industry.
- Ability to interpret data, recognize unusual activity, and conduct structured research with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with reporting platforms, CRM systems, accounting software, or data analysis tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with areas such as auditing, accrual accounting, budgeting, capital management, or financial systems is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document findings clearly and professionally.
- Effective organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
