What You’ll Do
- Lead financial analysis and support strategic business decisions through modeling and forecasting
- Manage and refine asset-liability management (ALM) analysis and related financial reporting
- Perform risk analysis and develop scenario models to support planning and decision-making
- Build and maintain financial models used for forecasting, stress testing, and business performance evaluation
- Partner with leadership to provide insights on financial trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning initiatives
- Prepare clear and concise financial presentations, reporting packages, and decision-support materials
- Help improve finance processes, reporting, and controls
- Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting and operational partners as needed

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Several years of progressive finance experience
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Asset-Liability Management (ALM)
- Risk analysis / risk management
- Strong understanding of financial statements and overall finance operations
- Ability to work independently in a stand-alone finance role
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
Preferred:
- Financial modeling
- Scenario modeling / forecasting
- Prior exposure to or working knowledge of accounting
- Experience supporting senior leadership or executive decision-making
- Background in a dynamic environment where ownership and initiative are highly valued
