We are looking for an experienced Concur Implementation/Migration Project Manager to lead complex travel and expense project initiatives in Cincinnati, Ohio. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a delivery-focused candidate who can coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain project momentum, and guide stakeholders through implementation milestones. The role requires strong leadership, structured project execution, and the ability to manage priorities within an Agile environment while keeping communication clear and results-driven.
Responsibilities:
- Direct the planning and execution of Concur-related project activities, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables remain on track.
- Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and external stakeholders to align project goals and resolve issues efficiently.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, monitor sprint progress, and support teams in maintaining steady delivery against project objectives.
- Oversee implementation and migration workstreams, including risk management, dependency tracking, and milestone reporting.
- Use Atlassian Jira to manage project tasks, document progress, and provide transparent status updates to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, governance materials, and communication plans for all phases of delivery.
- Identify project risks early, recommend mitigation strategies, and escalate critical concerns when needed.
- Coordinate testing, readiness activities, and deployment planning to support a smooth rollout and adoption process.
- Proven experience managing IT projects involving enterprise application implementation or migration.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and project delivery best practices.
- PMP certification or a comparable project management credential is required.
- Hands-on experience using Atlassian Jira for planning, tracking, and reporting project work.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of project governance, scheduling, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting or project-driven environment.
