🎯 Qualifications ✔ 2+ years of transactional real estate experience ✔ Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents ✔ Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills ✔ Demonstrated interest in real estate development, real estate finance, housing-related projects, or community development
