We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead core accounting operations and provide strong financial oversight for a healthcare-focused environment in Bedminster, New Jersey. This position is responsible for guiding the close process, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the integrity of billing and cash-related activities. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in medical billing and revenue cycle management, along with the ability to keep deadlines on track across multiple accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
- Direct the monthly financial close cycle and ensure reporting activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Supervise account reconciliations and review day-to-day transaction activity to maintain reliable financial records.
- Provide oversight of accounts payable, payroll administration, customer billing, and cash handling processes.
- Partner with team members to support healthcare billing operations and strengthen revenue cycle performance.
- Review banking activity and reconcile balances to help ensure completeness and accuracy across accounts.
- Maintain organized financial documentation, including compiled and scanned records, to support audit readiness and internal controls.
- Monitor assigned deliverables across accounting operations and drive timely completion of critical tasks.

- Proven experience serving in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of month-end close procedures and financial statement preparation.
- Experience with bank reconciliations, transaction review, and oversight of accounts payable processes.
- Background managing payroll, billing, and cash management responsibilities.
- Direct experience with medical billing and healthcare revenue cycle operations is required.
- Ability to manage document control processes, including compiling, scanning, and maintaining financial records.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple deadlines effectively.
