Job title: Senior Associate, Portfolio Support – Portfolio GenAI

Location: Boston, MA; 4 days in office

Compensation: $150-175k + Bonus

We are looking for a Senior Associate, Portfolio Support – Portfolio GenAI to help advance AI-driven initiatives across a private equity portfolio in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will shape practical generative AI plans, guide high-impact use cases from evaluation through rollout, and support lasting adoption across portfolio companies. The position is well suited for an individual with accounting discipline and strong execution skills who can coordinate stakeholders, monitor progress, and help translate strategic objectives into measurable results.

Requirements

Keys:

• 3+ years of Management Consulting experience
• Solid AI strategy consulting experience needed
• Good, direct onsite client exposure and can work independently
• Clients MUST include some middle market vs just large cap/giant companies (aligns w/ the portfolio)
