We are looking for a Contract Reviewer to support a high-volume agreement review project based in Torrance, California. This Long-term Contract position focuses on checking contract information captured by technology tools and confirming that key details match the source documents, without performing legal interpretation. The role is well suited to someone who works carefully, stays organized, and can maintain accuracy while handling repetitive review tasks in a fully remote environment aligned to Central Time business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Examine lease, service, property management, and other commercial agreements to confirm extracted contract details against the original documents.
- Review approximately 50 to 60 defined data fields within each agreement and verify that captured information is complete and accurate.
- Check core contract elements such as effective dates, expiration terms, party names, liability language, and other required attributes.
- Identify inconsistencies between system-extracted data and the underlying contract records, then document corrections clearly.
- Use AI-enabled and Relativity-based review platforms to complete validation work efficiently and according to project procedures.
- Meet established quality and productivity expectations while managing a steady volume of contract reviews.
- Complete onboarding and project training to learn required workflows, validation standards, and review protocols.
- Work independently in a remote setting while maintaining availability during Central Time Zone business hours.
- Prior experience reviewing contracts, commercial agreements, legal records, or similar documentation is preferred.
- Familiarity with Relativity or comparable document review software is an advantage.
- Strong technical ability with the capacity to learn new platforms and follow structured workflows quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail with a consistent focus on accuracy in data validation and document review.
- Ability to perform repetitive, process-driven work while sustaining quality throughout high-volume assignments.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with limited day-to-day supervision.
- Background in contract administration, compliance, procurement, legal support, or document review is helpful but not required.
