Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk (Short-Term Contract) Our client is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk for a short-term contract assignment expected to last a few weeks.
- Part-time, 6 hours per day
- Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-volume data entry
- Match invoices to purchase orders
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoice and payment questions
- Provide general accounts payable support during the transition period
Qualifications:
- Prior accounts payable and data entry experience required
- Experience with purchase order matching preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- AS400 experience is a plus, but not required
