  • Support brand presentation efforts by arranging event elements in line with the expected detail-oriented appearance of the program.
  • Oversee the check-in area, assist with registrations, and help maintain an orderly flow of arrivals.
  • Greet attendees in a courteous manner and provide clear direction as they enter and move through the venue.
  • Guide visitors and customers to the correct event space and respond to basic on-site questions.
  • Provide general event assistance during the assignment, helping resolve minor issues and supporting the team as needed.
  • Perform front desk and clerical support tasks, including handling routine receptionist-related activities during the event.
  • Assist with document handling and scanning tasks when needed to support event administration.
  • Prior experience in office support, receptionist work, event assistance, or a similar customer-facing role.

  • Capable of staying organized and responsive in a fast-paced on-site event setting.
