I’m working with an established wealth management firm with approximately $5B in assets under management that’s looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Associate Advisor to join its growing advisory team.
This is an opportunity to work directly alongside experienced advisors, contribute to financial planning and investment discussions, and develop the skills to eventually manage client relationships independently.

? What You’ll Do
- Prepare financial plans and client review meetings
- Analyze client data and help develop financial planning recommendations
- Coordinate implementation and follow through on client action items
- Support 401(k) plan participants and trustees
- Help facilitate retirement plan reviews and investment selection discussions
- Partner with senior advisors, client service, operations, and compliance teams
- Build the technical and relationship-management skills to grow into a more senior advisory role
Requirements
Who They’re Looking For
- Experience as an Associate Advisor, Junior Advisor, or in a similar wealth management role
- Highly organized, proactive, and process-driven, with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping clients
- Comfortable using CRM systems; financial planning software experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) and California Insurance License, or willingness to obtain them within the required timelines
