Location: Arden Hills, MN
Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour
Schedule: Weekend PM, Friday-Sunday, 3:00 PM-3:00 AM
Training: Must be available to train on 1st and 2nd shift for 4-8 weeks
Put your machining experience to work with a weekend schedule that gives you four days off each week. We're hiring an experienced Machinist to set up, program, and operate precision machining equipment while producing high-quality components to exact specifications.
Job Duties
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, and job packages
Set up, program, and operate manual and automatic machining equipment
Determine machining sequences, required cuts, tooling, and setup methods
Machine metal components to precise dimensions and tolerances
Inspect completed parts to verify quality and specifications
Collaborate with engineers to resolve design or machining concerns
Perform preventive maintenance and minor machine repairs
Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures
Qualifications
3-5 years of machinist or CNC machining experience
Experience reading blueprints and working with tight tolerances
Ability to set up and operate machining equipment
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Ability to train on 1st and 2nd shift for 4-8 weeks
