Now Hiring: Machinist

Location: Arden Hills, MN

Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 2:45 PM-12:45 AM

Turn your machining experience into an opportunity to work with precision equipment, complex parts, and detailed blueprints. We're seeking an experienced Machinist who can independently set up, program, operate, and troubleshoot machining equipment while maintaining tight quality standards.

Job Duties

Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, and job packages

Set up and operate manual and automatic machining equipment

Program and operate computer-controlled and milling machines

Determine machining sequences, cuts, tooling, and setup methods

Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and specified tolerances

Work with engineering teams to resolve design or machining concerns

Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and shop equipment

Troubleshoot and repair minor machine and equipment malfunctions

Follow established safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

3-5 years of professional machinist experience

Strong blueprint reading and precision machining skills

Experience setting up and operating machining equipment

Ability to work overtime as needed

Strong attention to quality, accuracy, and safety
