Pay Rate: $65.00-$75.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Onsite

Job Duties

Lead electrical design verification testing (DVT) activities

Develop test protocols and coordinate testing with subject matter experts

Perform bench testing using standard electrical lab equipment

Analyze and summarize test data using Excel, Minitab, JMP, or similar tools

Drive yield improvement initiatives and support product validation efforts

Lead failure investigations and root cause analysis

Track project progress and coordinate cross-functional teams

Ensure compliance with quality standards and engineering best practices

Support design approval and product release activities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required

5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years with a Master's degree

Experience leading projects through DVT and production ramp-up

Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills

Proven success working with engineering teams and stakeholders

Excellent communication and project leadership abilities
