Now Hiring a Maintenance and Facilities Technician

Location: Newport Beach, CA

Pay Rate: $31.00-$35.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM

Training on 1st Shift (7:00 AM-3:30 PM) for the first 90 days

Job Duties

Maintain electrical, HVAC, heating, and cooling systems

Perform facility repairs including doors, floors, docks, overhead doors, roof drainage systems, and storage racks

Repair and maintain material handling equipment and other facility assets

Complete maintenance reports and documentation

Respond to security alarm calls as needed

Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and scissor lifts (training provided)

Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Technical school training preferred

Minimum 3 years of maintenance or facilities experience

Strong HVAC knowledge required

Basic computer and math skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently in a hands-on maintenance environment
