Now Hiring: Paint Production Engineer
Location: Georgetown, KY
Pay Rate: Up to $58.71/hour | Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
(overtime, weekends, holidays, and shutdown support as needed)

Job Duties
Lead new m odel paint manufacturing engineering activities.
Coordinate project execution between design and manufacturing teams.
Develop and maintain process standards, check sheets, and engineering documentation.
Manage project schedules and key deliverables.
Analyze 2D and 3D CAD data using AutoCAD and CATIA.
Support production trials, plant observations, and process improvements.
Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support project launches.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
2+ years of engineering experience.
1+ year of automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience with AutoCAD, CATIA, and 3D CAD modeling.
Project scheduling or project management experience.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Valid passport or ability to obtain one for international travel.
