We are looking for a Recruiter to support technical and science-focused hiring needs in Bellevue, Washington. This Contract position is ideal for a detail-oriented recruiter who excels at talent sourcing, market research, and building strong candidate pipelines. The role offers an opportunity to identify and engage candidates with relevant experience through modern recruiting tools while partnering closely with hiring teams to meet evolving workforce needs.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical and science-related positions through proactive sourcing strategies.
- Identify, research, and engage prospective candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and align sourcing efforts with business priorities.
- Conduct candidate outreach and initial qualification activities to assess interest, fit, and availability.
- Track recruiting activity, organize candidate information, and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Support high-volume recruiting initiatives by managing multiple searches and prioritizing outreach effectively.
- Perform talent mapping and market research to uncover new candidate pools and strengthen future hiring efforts.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in corporate or agency environments.
- Demonstrated success sourcing candidates for technical or specialized roles.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting activity while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for candidate engagement and stakeholder collaboration.
- Working knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes, with emphasis on sourcing and pipeline development.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Bilingual language skills.
