We're seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the HR department and help ensure a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. This position plays a key role in onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, HR compliance, recordkeeping, and recruitment coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee setup activities.
- Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Facilitate offboarding processes, including exit documentation and system updates.
- Ensure employment files remain accurate, organized, and compliant.
- Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes and coordinating hiring processes.
- Assist with offer letters, background checks, and pre-employment requirements.
- Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and employee communications.
- Support leave administration, workers' compensation, and other employee programs.
- Process employment verifications and other HR-related requests.
- Maintain confidential employee files and HR databases.
- Assist with I-9 administration and employment compliance requirements.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently.
- Support audits, reporting, and documentation requests.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of Human Resources, HR Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, or related administrative experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
