Finance Associate | $5B+ Venture Capital Firm| San Francisco; Hybrid

Responsibilities
- Manage monthly and quarterly close across funds and SPVs
- Prepare NAV, capital accounts, allocations, and reporting schedules
- Coordinate with fund administrators, audit, and tax providers
- Support LP reporting, valuations, and fund performance reporting
- Prepare transaction wires and supporting documentation
- Maintain fund, investment, and operational trackers
- Support regulatory filings and process improvements
- Identify opportunities for AI and automation

- 2–5 years of fund accounting, fund administration, audit, VC, or PE finance experience
- Understanding of fund mechanics and allocations
- Strong Excel and finance systems skills; Carta a plus
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication
- Interest in AI, automation, and process improvement
- Ownership-minded, coachable, and eager to grow
- CPA or CPA-track a plus
