Responsibilities:

- Process customer transactions and cashier-related activities with accuracy while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Enter orders and update relevant information in internal systems to ensure records remain complete and current.
- Respond to inbound calls promptly, resolve routine issues, and escalate more complex concerns when needed.
- Maintain organized documentation of transactions, service interactions, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with team members to support daily operations, address customer concerns, and keep service levels high.
- Adapt to changing schedules and operational needs, including adjusted coverage on designated workdays.
- Contribute to smooth front-desk or service-area operations by balancing customer care, transaction handling, and administrative support.
- Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, or a similar client-facing role.
- Ability to manage inbound calls professionally while delivering clear and helpful communication.
- Experience with order entry and handling customer information with accuracy.
