Business Systems Analyst
Overview
A growing organization is seeking an Enterprise Applications Lead to support and enhance critical business systems, integrations, and operational technologies. This role will serve as a key liaison between technical and business teams, helping ensure enterprise applications remain reliable, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs.
The ideal candidate will possess experience supporting enterprise platforms, application integrations, process improvements, and technology modernization initiatives across multiple business functions.
Responsibilities
- Support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise business applications
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution efforts across stakeholders
- Manage user access, system configurations, workflows, and data governance processes
- Support integrations between internal and external business systems
- Assist with application enhancements, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities
- Develop and maintain documentation, support procedures, and training materials
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Partner with technical and business teams to support operational initiatives
- Assist with data validation, reporting, and cross-functional business processes
- Support technology projects and implementation efforts across the organization
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, business systems, or operational technologies
- Experience administering and supporting ERP, business application, or enterprise platform environments
- Experience with systems integrations, data management, or business process automation
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and third-party vendors
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise application ecosystems within multi-location organizations
- Knowledge of application integrations, middleware technologies, or data exchange processes
- Experience with business process improvement and systems optimization initiatives
- Exposure to inventory, order management, supply chain, finance, or operational workflows
- Experience participating in enterprise application implementations or modernization projects
