- 5+ years of trust and estate litigation experience
- Experience litigating a contested probate case from inception through resolution:
- Discovery
- Drafting pleadings and motions
- Depositions
- Court appearances
- Mediations
- Trial prep

- Must reside in California (100% remote, but limited to in-state attorneys)
- Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
