- Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement technology-driven improvements that reduce manual effort.
- Build, test, and maintain Salesforce Flows and other automations to streamline operations and support scalable business processes.
- Assist with system integrations, data transfers, upgrades, testing efforts, and broader technology initiatives across the firm.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for systems, procedures, integrations, and recurring administrative tasks while supporting onboarding, offboarding, access reviews, and security-related activities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business systems, technology administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, business application support, or a similar systems-focused role.
- Demonstrated experience configuring Salesforce, including hands-on work with Flow and core administrative functions.
- Background administering SaaS platforms in a business environment.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to translate operational needs into practical system solutions.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes clearly and work collaboratively across teams.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial services environments is preferred, and Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
