Accounts Payable Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing
- Process a high volume of invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments accurately and efficiently
- Review and verify invoice details, approvals, coding, and supporting documentation
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate accounts payable records and organized documentation
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, questions, and account issues
- Assist with weekly check runs, ACH payments, and other disbursement activity
- Support month-end close by preparing reports and reconciling AP-related accounts
- Partner with accounting and operations teams to improve workflow and maintain accuracy
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience
- Strong understanding of full-cycle AP processes
- Experience with ERP systems or accounting software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office technology
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
