Primary Scope: Drives the overarching creative vision and visual strategy across the global career site and connected digital attraction channels.
General Overview:
- Seeking a candidate to lead the creative vision for the company’s career site, translating the talent brand and Employer Value Proposition (EVP) into compelling, cohesive, and differentiated candidate experiences. The Creative Lead will shape the overall creative direction, storytelling approach, and experience design strategy for the career site, ensuring a consistent and engaging employer brand presence across digital channels, while inspiring candidates to explore, engage with, and ultimately join the company.
Core Responsibilities:
- Define visual storytelling direction and creative concepts for the career site ecosystem.
- Maintain creative cohesion across web properties, candidate engagement tools, and broader employer brand channels.
