Key Responsibilities & Impact
- Provider Communications: Manage shared inboxes, promptly answering inquiries and coordinating actionable follow-ups with dental providers.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Market Insights, Branding, and Creative teams to track milestones and keep deliverables on schedule.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare business briefs, maintain tracking logs, and draft clear correspondence for ongoing initiatives.
- Operational Support: Provide proactive administrative assistance to Business Analysts and team leadership.
Qualifications for Success
- Dental Background: 1+ years of dental front office or dental administrative experience.
- Communication Skills: Clear, professional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Location & Education: High School Diploma required. Must reside in PST near Oakland or Rancho Cordova, CA, with availability for rare onsite support in Oakland (approx. once every few months).
