Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting team for a full-time, short-term project. This role is crucial for helping our team manage clearing an invoice backlog. As a hybrid employee, you will enjoy a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration while ensuring our payable operations run smoothly and accurately.

salary: $21 - $22 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and cleaning up Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) transactions
• Researching and resolving aged and outstanding GRNI items
• Reviewing, updating, and maintaining vendor master file records
• Identifying and correcting duplicate or incomplete vendor data
• Working with internal departments and vendors as needed to resolve discrepancies
