Akkodis is seeking a Support Technician I for a Contract with a client in Nicholasville, KY. The ideal candidate will monitor and troubleshoot in-store robotic systems remotely to ensure optimal performance and minimize customer disruptions. Rate Range: $17/Hour to $18/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Support Technician I Responsibilities include:
- Remotely monitor and troubleshoot in-store robotic systems using cloud-based remote-control tools.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve operational issues to minimize service disruptions.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to implement and support robotic solutions.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to field technicians servicing robots in customer environments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and timely issue resolution.
- Document, escalate, and track technical issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of technical support, help desk, robotics, or related experience.
- A+ Certification required with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer troubleshooting.
- Experience with 3D, Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), gaming, or simulation environments preferred.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
